Wizard Setup

A database setup wizard can assist you with setting up your database. It automatically detects any running instances of the supported database systems, creates required database instance and user and ensures the right database settings.

Manual Setup

If for some reason you cannot or do not want to use the automatic database setup wizard, you may find these instructions helpful. We strongly recommend to follow the instructions in order to avoid erroneous results, which can be for example caused by a wrong collation setting.
